Hello i have been charged back $103 on 17th Dec even i gave all the proof about that payment customer bought product  and received. it was false alarm because her husband bought she didn't know so she cancelled the card .i sent all the screen shots of emails you still taken money out of our account. customer is willing to communicate with you if you want and they are paying $78 but you have charged us $25 fee. we would like that refund from you as we submitted all the proofs  still has been charged and refunded to the customer without consulting us. is anyone contact us please thanks .
